Weeks with National Holiday have been pro-rated to compensate for the closed days: (week 1 is 3x/week for all students due to closures on May 29 and June 1)

Security Fee Menteng:

For families in Menteng who have not paid the yearly security fee, there is an additional charge of Rp 35,000 per week during summer camp for payment of additional security costs which are incurred in jl Solo/jl Garut (but not at Cipete School).

Registration Fee:

There is a one-time registration fee for children who are NEW to Discovery Center: Rp 475,000.  Children who have attended DC preschool or previous DC summer camp AND paid the registration fee are exempt from this fee.

Summer camp differs from a regular term in some ways:

    1. Enrollment can be weekly
    2. We have an overall theme for the entire school (during a regular term the theme is different for each age group.)
    3. In spite of including more recreational activities, important skills taught in the regular term are being reinforced through both group and learning center times: social skills, language skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, creativity, logic, and cognition.
    4. Our invoice for summer camp refers to these 8 weeks as “Term IV” because like Term I, Term II and Term III, the children will continue to grow and develop with activities planned to challenge them and stimulate their continued love of learning through discovery.

Discount (5%) will be given for all payments received by May 18, 2018.  Paid fees are non refundable.  Missed days may NOT be moved to another week.  Each week is a separate unit.  A full week, which has not been attended may be moved to another full week providing there is space.

In Menteng, Discovery Center will assign your child to a building/group according to DATE OF BIRTH.  We do not allow a child to join an older group/but on request can move your older child to a younger group if space allows. Usually for the last 2 weeks of summer camp in Menteng, both Solo and Garut groups are held at Jl Solo.
